Our slowest powder for the very strong magnum cartridges. The propellant powder was originally developed for the .338 caliber Lapua Mag., but works excellently even in .50 Browning cartridges. RS80 has been optimized with regard to temperature behavior and shows the best pressure/velocity ratios in many calibers.

The RS80 is an extruded 1-hole propellant powder based on nitrocellulose, which is specially designed for high performance in a unique impregnation process with nitroglycerin. The powder contains a modern, lead-free decoppering additive and is therefore suitable for modern lead-free ammunition.
